Ibis Konya

The hotel staff, specially the receptionists were very nice and so so helpful, room were clean, the bathroom was great, but there was no shampoo. They had wonderful breakfasts and varied and delicious food. On the last day, while we missed breakfast, they prepared breakfast for us at 12 o'clock. They brought us a large plate of various food with warm omelettes and were smiling and well behaved the whole time.

It was accessible. It has plenty of parking and has nice food options around. The lifts and corridors are also why enough and it’s very user-friendly

The property was comfortable and our stay was great. The breakfast was good enough and you cannot stay anywhere else with this cost. Receptionist Emre was super helpful. He is so young and charming person. Ready to help always. Whatever we were asking, he was trying to help. The breakfast area was a bit cold for September, I think the AC was working in super cold mode :) The first day we wished to have a coffee but the coffee vending was not working and A manager was running to serve us coffee, I don’t know his name (sorry, couldn’t ask), Thanks to him that pays attention to his guests. I’m sure he was manager but with minus EGO!! Perfect fit for hospitality.. Big big thanks. The bed was super duper comfortable, we had a great sleep. And the room was so clean. Thank you Ibis, we will come back.
